Embroidery

The noblest form

Embroidery is the noblest form of all finishes on the textiles you have chosen.
Whether your company logo, company name, employee name or a picture, there are no limits.
With embroidery, you can present your company image in high quality using the logo and company colours and thus individualise your workwear. A uniform appearance with a high recognition value underlines the positive public image of your company. We embroider with selected polyester yarns, which come in a wide range of colours.
The yarns are designed for heavy-duty use, such as frequent wearing and washing.

You can choose between two different embroidery techniques:

Direct embroidery:
Direct embroidery is one of the finest forms of advertising on textiles. It is used in many textiles
because of the nature and the desired placement.

  • Individual production possible.
  • From 10 pieces without low quantity costs.
  • Program costs once only for the first order.
  • Company logo, lettering (company name, employee name, title etc.), pictures etc.

Embroidery emblems:
With embroidery embroidery, the embroidery is not embroidered directly on the garment, but on an extra fabric.  The finished emblem is then sewn onto the textile.

  • Individual production possible.
  • From 10 pieces without surcharge for small quantities.
  • Production in stock for quick reordering possible.
  • Program costs once only for the first order.
  • Company logo, lettering (company name, employee name, title etc.), pictures etc.

Print

Many possibilities

Printing is another way to customize your clothes. Here, too, your company can be presented in a uniform way using the logo and company colours and you can thus individualise your workwear. Printing is the cheaper alternative, especially when there is a greater demand. With a minimum purchase of just 10 pieces, there are only low basic costs. The different processes result in a wide variety of surface structures, which are presented in detail here. These six print variants can be used for both a T-shirt and a winter jacket. It doesn’t matter whether you want to attach your logo or just a lettering on the clothing, both are no problem!

You can choose between six printing methods:

Silkscreen:

Silkscreen

The printing ink is applied directly to the clothing through a sieve. This process is characterised by its high resistance to washing.

  • Ideal for larger runs, because of its low price.
  • Suitable for all textiles (also with dark background), except fleece and functional textiles made of 100% polyester.
  • No single lettering (employee name, title etc.) possible.

Digital printing:

Digital printing

The logo is printed mirror-inverted onto a carrier film and covered with an adhesive layer.
The logo is then “welded” onto the clothing and the film is removed.

  • Suitable for all textiles, except fleece (only after consultation).
  • Single lettering (employee name, title etc.) possible.

Direct flock

Primarily used for single-coloured logos or lettering. The flock has a velvety surface and is often used for jerseys and sportswear, e. g. back number or club logo.

  • Suitable for all textiles, except fleece (only after consultation).
  • No single lettering (employee name, title etc.) possible.

Reflective foil:

Reflective foil

The reflective film printing consists of the same material as the reflective stripes on the warning clothing.

  • Great for soft shell jackets.
  • Suitable for all textiles, except fleece (only after consultation).
  • Single lettering (employee name, title etc.) possible.

Flex film:

Flex film

Flex film has a smooth and glossy or a smooth and matt surface. Very high-quality textile printing process, which is characterized by its high wash resistance and long durability.

  • Suitable for all textiles, except fleece (only after consultation).
  • Single lettering (employee name, title etc.) possible.

Flock foil:

Placement

In order for you to enjoy the finishing process for a long time and to ensure optimum durability and legibility, a number of points must be taken into account. The logos cannot be placed over seams, zippers or buttons.
A completely flat surface is required to attach the prints or embroidery. The most popular positions of the grafting are on the left breast (heart side) as well as on the back in the middle. The placement always depends on the garment you choose and offers, depending the textile, more options than just the standard.

Please do not forget to include the number for the chosen location in the order form.
